Miral, a key developer renowned for crafting immersive destinations and experiences in Abu Dhabi, has announced the ambitious undertaking of developing two beaches within the vibrant Yas Bay Waterfront on Yas Island. The development will entail the creation of two expansive beaches, each stretching an impressive 280 meters, culminating in a combined total of 560 meters of prime waterfront real estate. Positioned on the western side of the pier, the West Beach is strategically tailored as a family-centric haven. It will boast beachside play zones catering to children, alongside an assortment of world-class dining options, food trucks, pedestrian walkways, and dedicated rest and recreation facilities.

Meanwhile, across the waters on the eastern side of the pier lies the East Beach, adjacent to the renowned Etihad Arena. Here, outdoor fitness spaces and sports zones will cater to enthusiasts of beach football and volleyball. Open seating arrangements, coupled with the allure of a sunset lounge, promise visitors an eclectic mix of sports, entertainment, and musical events.

Miral highlighted the significance of the two beach developments at Yas Bay Waterfront, emphasizing their alignment with the company’s overarching vision to enhance the diverse encounters available to visitors on Yas Island. These initiatives are anticipated to reinforce Yas Island’s position as a premier global destination for leisure and entertainment, while also contributing to the broader tourism landscape of Abu Dhabi.

These beach developments are poised to serve as a captivating addition to the iconic leisure and lifestyle experiences already synonymous with Yas Bay Waterfront. The locale currently hosts an eclectic mix of over 20 al fresco restaurants and cafes, alongside world-class nightlife concepts, a floating beach club, an award-winning concert arena, luxury hotels, and an expansive promenade.

Moreover, the proximity of these developments to Yas Island’s acclaimed attractions and experiences, including SeaWorld® Yas Island, Ferrari World Yas Island, Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi, CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, and Yas Marina, further amplifies their appeal, promising an unparalleled blend of leisure and adventure for locals and tourists alike.
