RAMINVEST HOLDING today announced the next phase of its Mauritania gold exploration programme at the Wompou Gold Project, where sampling returned assay values of up to 50.14 g/t gold and six priority targets, designated T-01 to T-06, have been defined for first-pass drill testing. Wompou covers 446 km² in the Mauritanides Belt and is held through the Group’s subsidiary in Mauritania under Exploration Permit 2265B2. The statistical work identified a strong arsenic-gold correlation (R = 0.989) supporting the use of arsenic as a pathfinder element in target definition. The programme is designed to test the continuity, geometry, grade distribution, and potential scale of the mineralized system.
CyberHero, the world’s first global humanoid robot sports league, launched in Riyadh on September 9, with host Hero Esports announcing plans for an inaugural season spanning eight cities worldwide. Flow Guard Solutions develops affordable, AI-powered smart water meters designed to help address water scarcity by identifying leaks and reducing unnecessary water loss. Using ultrasonic sensing and AI, the system monitors water use in real time, identifies unusual consumption patterns and enables remote monitoring and shut-off, helping utilities, municipalities and property managers prevent costly leaks and better manage water consumption. Flow Guard’s technology was developed at KAUST and the company was incubated by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. Its participation in the EF Hult Prize was supported by Monsha’at through sponsorship and by Arweqah Alreyadah through mentorship.”Winning the EF Hult Prize gives us the opportunity to take our early contracts into city-scale deployments,” said Omar Khalifa, co-founder and CTO of Flow Guard Solutions. “We started Flow Guard because water scarcity is a global problem, and desalinating and treating water requires enormous amounts of energy. That means a leak nobody sees costs both families and communities, yet there have been few tools to help people protect their homes and their wallets. We’ve deployed our technology in homes and seen the impact ourselves: preventing leak damage and bringing water bills back in line with actual usage. Now, we want to keep going until that impact is measured in billions of liters of water saved and homes protected around the world.”

DoGo Power has officially expanded into the Republic of Mali, launching Grid-Forming energy storage solutions for commercial & industrial (C&I) and utility-scale power station scenarios. Guided by a long-term localization strategy, the company will partner with local industry players to expand green energy access and accelerate Mali’s power system upgrade and low-carbon transition. Mali faces severe power supply constraints: national electrification coverage stands below 50% (less than 30% in rural areas), with over 80% of generation coming from costly diesel fuel. Frequent outages caused by weak grid stability have become a major bottleneck for local development. Meanwhile, the country’s annual average of over 3,000 hours of sunshine lays a solid foundation for solar-plus-storage growth. Adapted to Mali’s grid conditions, DoGo Power’s intelligent grid-forming energy storage solutions ensure uninterrupted power for critical loads during grid fluctuations or outages, and support PV-storage-diesel hybrid configurations to cut diesel reliance and increase green energy consumption, flexibly catering to off-grid and weak-grid demands. This move marks a key milestone in DoGo Power’s Africa market strategy. The company will build local service and technical support teams covering full-cycle solution customization, delivery and O&M, aligning its proven grid-forming technology with local power development needs. With its first batch of products arriving at port, DoGo Power will continue to deepen its presence in Mali and the wider African market. Leveraging full industrial chain strengths and localized

Carestream Healthcare International is introducing the latest version of its DRX‑LC Detector, delivering enhanced imaging performance, efficiency, and quality for long‑length imaging across a wide range of exams and clinical environments. Long‑length imaging has traditionally been time‑consuming and complex, often requiring multiple exposures and image stitching. Carestream’s DRX‑LC Detector simplifies this process with single‑shot long‑length imaging, enabling radiographers to capture long‑bone and spine exams in one exposure. This approach reduces hold time, minimizes retakes, and helps improve patient comfort while streamlining workflows. The newest version of the DRX‑LC Detector builds on this foundation by integrating advanced technology and leveraging AI to improve consistency and image quality. Detector Exposure Control (DEC) provides precise, consistent exposure by automatically adjusting imaging parameters to help reduce variability, optimize dose, and improve diagnostic accuracy. Smart Noise Cancellation (SNC) further enhances image clarity by reducing noise while preserving fine detail, enabling high‑quality images with greater confidence and lower dose.
